As robandbee said it's a videogame, but there are other endings besides Ed being turned into Pride!Ed, and that only happen after both Mustang and Al die trying to protect him. There are two other alternate endings, one of which Ed goes into a vegetative state and doesn't wake ever and another where Al dies and Ed just kind of fades into the background. It's not really very happy, but it's full of angst and fangirlish spoils.
whoa, awesome job..:) I am not a shipper when it comes to FMA, I think it's one of the greatest animes ever, but I don't ship any of the pairings out theree... And now, I watch this video, and ... it is awesome:) Actually, if i never watched FMA, I would think they were gays, lol.

I'm not a great yaoi supporter, but I find this couple...somehow cute (and agressive of course). Both are so similar, but the difference it's that as one is human, the other is not. One is good, an angel. And the other one is evil, a demon. I really loved the video. The song fits perfectly with them =D
Envy is a guy in the anime (to the basis of it, not sure about his palm tree form--I think that's called genderless as well by the animators). In the manga, plenty of guidebooks have confirmed Envy genderless.
Envy is male.. in the original Full Metal Alchemist.. he was Edwards older half brother.. so not only is this homosexual but also incest.. so that's just a bit strange at best.
+Trippin Balls I personally classify humans and homunculi as different species, so even if Envy technically still carries the DNA of William, it's not quite incest to me :P
i have loved this couple for a year or two now. I was really upset that Envy had killed Ed. i've always liked yaoi couples that are supposed to be sworn enemies that hate each other and try to kill the other...i dunno why. Perhaps its the wrongness of falling in love with your enemy...
