You’re suppressing the depression. Allow yourself to cry until there are no tears anymore. It may take literally months if doing this but you will eventually run out of tears and release the depression. I’m saying this because I wish somebody told me, but you don’t have to believe me or listen. But if you do this you can release the sadness.
