Thanks to whoever filmed this for staying with it. Having spent ten of My younger years in the operators cab of Line Grapples in the same area it was a pleasure seeing one at work again.
If you're a truck guy then GD you got to love them trucks! @5:28 she said "there goes our fire wood" OH yah there'ah peaches ya think so...... lol! Thanks for sharing ✌
W O W . . . I have run Draglines & Clamshells in the rock Quarry’s loading, unloading barges And Coal strip mines... Plus regular construction cranes, But this thing is WILD.....!! The big clamshell I ran had “3” Drums with cables plus the swing, this has at least that.. 🙄😜😎
That machine musta taken for ever to "master" especially to load a MOFO truck! That thing looks like it should have been in 1 of the Transformer movies nyuk nyuk nyuk
16 feet inside the bunks. V12 Detroit under the hood, 6 speed Allison between the seats. These trucks were mostly made in British Columbia. The log loaders were also reworked units to be used in our logging industry. Was a mechanic, my dreams sometimes involve fixing these toys. Just lots of big iron, sore achy back today, would do it a heartbeat again.
