    Hey, don’t apologize for missing Valentine’s Day. We have 364 other days in the year to tell people we love them 😁

      That is sooooo true. My husband and I don't even celebrate Valentine's day...we do things randomly throughout the year...that makes it more special!

    I am so grateful to find this wonderful tutorial! You took the guesswork of how you create a box with acetate. I am trying to create a 4 x 6 box and using your example to increase the size by 2 3/4 and 2 7/8 to see if that works. Thank you again for such a wonderful presentation!

    Thank you so much for all the measurements it is really helpful. What I am still struggling to figure out is a snug lid for each of the 7 sizes of box so they can be used separately. If you were able to help with that I would so appreciate it. I have wasted so much paper trying to get it right.

    • @michelleallenacreativeoper6112

      I don’t know how I missed this, I apologize. The lid line is about 1 1/8”. If you are making the XXL box for example, it’s measurements are 4x4”. Add 1/8” to that, so 4 1/8x4 1/8. Then add 2 1/4 for the sides. You would cut the paper 6 3/8 x 6 3/8, then score on the lid line. That should give you a tighter lid. I hope this helps and I’m sorry I didn’t see this sooner!

    Michelle:
    I’m trying to figure out how you stack the squash cards, one on top of the other, or like the one I did from your one I did with the birds? I’m not sure 🤔

    • @michelleallenacreativeoper6112
      @michelleallenacreativeoper6112  3 года назад +1

      They are just stacked on top of each other, smallest one in the top, and I did it so they all will open to the upper left, lining up the top and left sides.
