Michelle - I can't even begin to tell you - your voice and tone when you describe your tutorials makes me want to run home and start crafting. You are such a natural at this! Love your enthusiasm :) Thanks so much for all of your creations and tutorials!!!! And especially for sharing!
Love your creativity! Those boxes are so neat! And love that you use that explosion box maker. Thanks for doing the video's. I will most likely watch your video's again.
I am so grateful to find this wonderful tutorial! You took the guesswork of how you create a box with acetate. I am trying to create a 4 x 6 box and using your example to increase the size by 2 3/4 and 2 7/8 to see if that works. Thank you again for such a wonderful presentation!
Thank you so much for all the measurements it is really helpful. What I am still struggling to figure out is a snug lid for each of the 7 sizes of box so they can be used separately. If you were able to help with that I would so appreciate it. I have wasted so much paper trying to get it right.
I don’t know how I missed this, I apologize. The lid line is about 1 1/8”. If you are making the XXL box for example, it’s measurements are 4x4”. Add 1/8” to that, so 4 1/8x4 1/8. Then add 2 1/4 for the sides. You would cut the paper 6 3/8 x 6 3/8, then score on the lid line. That should give you a tighter lid. I hope this helps and I’m sorry I didn’t see this sooner!
Michelle: I’m trying to figure out how you stack the squash cards, one on top of the other, or like the one I did from your one I did with the birds? I’m not sure 🤔
They are just stacked on top of each other, smallest one in the top, and I did it so they all will open to the upper left, lining up the top and left sides.
Great shaped cards. Very clever of you. Tfs
I’m glad you like them!!
Genius! Thank you so much for providing all of the measurements. It is really appreciated.
I’m so glad you liked it!

Hey, don’t apologize for missing Valentine’s Day. We have 364 other days in the year to tell people we love them 😁
That is sooooo true. My husband and I don't even celebrate Valentine's day...we do things randomly throughout the year...that makes it more special!
Love the heart cards, and the heart can be used for any occasion, You need to make a book!
That’s an idea!
