Right now these apartments are going for $1200-$1300 a month for a 1 bedroom, with an attached garage on some. This is my top apartment currently and am planning on moving here in October if the rent doesn’t go up $200-$300+ dollars by then. Idk why some apartments be jacking up prices so frequently as months go by. Hopefully when I visit these the area isn’t too bad; what stood out in your eyes as bad/rundown? I do not wanna be a victim of a crime, my car getting broken into, or other shenanigans.
@@Batman96925624 yes these apartments are cheap but unfortunately the area is not the best and I personally wouldn’t move there due to the homelessness around the complex. With apartments here in Las Vegas is best to look closer to the holidays they start lowering them. Also prices go up due to demand and supply unfortunately
I’ve been living here since 2015 the homeless problem is outside the gate on Boulder it died down a lot. The community is very quiet. The price is not what’s listed they have $280 worth of extra fees, water, swear, 2 different garbage and the $50 insurance my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is 1650 but after the extra fees they don’t tell you about unless ask. But overall pretty good community.
Thank you 😊 those 2 areas in my opinion is not the best when we’re looking for apartments we when there in those areas and it just looked run down and I saw a lot of homelessness so I would look somewhere else ☺️
With calm at rainbow it’s a great place very nice inside, but the area is abit old so that’s the only negative about it but I also like that they don’t have resort fee.. Auric is very nice great location but I have heard a few bad reviews about it. But definitely recommend you going to them and feel out for yourself 😊 Thanks for watching and checking out my channel 😊
It’s up to you if you would want the first floor or second, also it depends what’s available. But they would asked you if you wanted first or second floor ☺️
I didn’t see “rough” or “sketchy” when you drove away. Just seems more industrial and rural if anything. Apartments are nice and big, but area not walkable for me. Thanks for sharing
@@carolinelopez91 thanks for the reply.. any complaints like roaches or bed bugs? And also which floor would you prefer 1st or 4th floor? Are there any safety concerns?
@@Vtsvts766 so I’ve never lived there so I couldn’t say, but I lived downtown for a long time and I will say if you live on the first floor you would probably see some bugs. But we’ve never had issues because we always kept our place clean and always sprayed bug spray ourselves 😊
Very nice and affordable apartments. When you say the area is a little sketchy, do you mean homeless people sketchy?? The 1 & 2 bedrooms looked very nice and the 3 bd not a bad price. Awesome video, as always. 👍🏽👍🏽
@@tallguytrucker7864 honestly now that Rick my husband is a real estate agent he gets to see homes that are for rent I believe you get a better deal with them because some of them have pools for those prices. But I would say with renting an apartment it’s more simple when you have an issue management will have to fix it almost immediately. With renting a home the advantage is usually space and a more private experience but requirements are usually more strict (credit score etc)
Oh yeah and even more fees. I don’t get the key fees and extra cleaning fees with the house rentals. If Rick has a site with any listings plz post. I had a realtor looking for me for apts and rental homes but she was going to charge me like $500 to see places
@@bittenbybeautyy oh wow that’s insane!!!! Yeh we can help you find a place with absolutely no charge to you at all! I can’t believe that we’re both so surprised 😲
Omg thank you thank you thank you glad to see it in real real life and the price is decent

Can't believe the price of that apartment it's so grand and spacious here in California repaying 1700 for one bedroom in the city of Monrovia.
with the kitchen upstairs does that mean u have lug all your groceries up the stairs? - old man asking

can you tour the ritiro apartments …
Hi yes I can ☺️
Jade apartments vs green leaf lotus which one do you prefer??
Green leaf lotus
@@carolinelopez91 is it because of price or any other reason?

Whats your opinion on house rentals? Ive seen a few with 4 and 5 bedrooms that cost the same as some of the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments you've visited.
