A hair supplement I tried to grow my hair was Hair Jazz. It worked really good for me and helped my hair grew faster than usual. I tried the shampoo but there are hair vitamins as well to try 😊

just shaved my head I'll edit this through the months :) -its been a week and it's abt two cm long but it was 1 cm when I shaved it -two weeks and it's about an inch long -one month and it's about a inch and a half

I want to try these supplements but yall remember the best thing you can do is EAT GOOD AMOUNTS OF PROTEIN. Its better to get your protein from food than a tablet your body absorbs it better.

Depending on how long your hair actually is I used a guard 3 so if I used conditioner it’d be more just rubbing it on my scalp which isn’t very good for your hair or scalp but I feel like a guard 4 or anything above that you can use conditioner too no problem I used to use conditioner when I cut my hair at a four but yeah just depending on the guard you used to cut it or as your hair grows longer u can use conditioner but yeah hope this helped :)
