This is so funny! I met you in April, on a flight from Stockholm to Paris. I told you how much i appreciate your work, your family, your kindness. I could see that you are really kind,both of you! I didn’t know then that you were just buying the boat!! I live in Paris, know Johannes and Iñaki, (i am a musician too),who got married at the Chateau. And now…you are back in Stockholm, and i am back as well! Enjoy your superb sailing, i envy you, as i am here to work 😂 People are fishing crayfish now, have you tried? Kind regards! At 20:45, they're not red currents they're lingonberries. Very common berry in Sweden, so common in fact that IKEA sells lingonberry jam.😊

Side comment, but I really love how well you treat each other. Most channels (or media) featuring couples, especially married couples, resort to a constant banter that ends up being very passive aggressive (wife nagging-husband being silly, etc). Keep it up!
I had no idea Sweden had such beautiful sailing grounds. Reminds me of Georgian Bay and/or British Columbia here in Canada. Your girls are getting such a wonderful opportunity to learn how to sail that will stay with them a lifetime. So enjoying your adventures.

It’s a joy following your Swedish adventure.
Now, here is a tip. Up till now you have eaten frozen shrimps. On the west coast you can get fresh shrimps that never have been frozen. The taste and the texture is worth the extra kroner they cost. I would also recommend buying a bucket of fresh sweet water crawfish and why not test the fresh salt water crawfish.

I have fallen in love with Sweden. Years ago I and my husband had a boat that was a weekender and we would power through Penobscot Bay in Maine. You both have become fantastic sailors and learning to navigate the boat and land so well. My hat goes off to you both. Thank You so much for sharing. All is so beautiful.

I cannot tell you how much I love your vlogs - especially as you’re enjoying summer, while we are having an unexpected cold snap (which the skiers in my family are overjoyed by!). As a Swede it’s such a nice surprise to see you end up having your sailing trip here! And I’m very exited to see you go through Göta kanal, it’s such a nice way to see Sweden and since it’s so old (about 200 years) it has a lot of charm and nice spots to visit along the way. I’ve only done some smaller boat trips in the canal around where the canal starts/ends in Sjötorp at the eastern part of Vänern (our biggest lake), and it’s been so nice!
All I can say is, This is true love. Anna & Philip, partners taking responsibility on such a challenging and rewarding journey with their children.

Many years ago, I sailed with a married couple in the Caribbean. Anchoring and pulling up the anchor almost cost them their marriage! You two reminded me of their experience so much!🤣 🤣🤣 (46 years and 4 kids later, they are doing fine, and even sail their own boat along the Canadian west coast -similar to the Swedish archipelago- for 3-4 months of the year)

Our Beneteau was almost the exact copy of your yacht except for the upholstery. Brings back memories, especially cooking on the gimbal stove.... and you're not a proper yachtie if if you don't have an ankle sprain story!
We sailed on a Valiant 40 throughout the Great Lakes! We hook a barge trip in Sweden out to the Baltic in the area that your videos remind me of. I found my great grandmothers family in Sweden!
