I really loved this, and honestly I’d love to hear more soft spoken things, they sound kind of like late night sleep overs and it helped me calm down for sleep a ton!! But if you want to I would love to see this put into more videos with rambling and stuff it was really nice! (And I love your voice it’s super cute!)
Some suggestions I have: I like affirmations of all kinds I like mouth sound triggers (so things like mouth clicking) I also really like soft kiss triggers (but you don't have to if that goes too far outside of your comfort zone) This video really helped me calm down, especially after just finishing finals today. Thank you for the amazing and very calming videos!! ^^
