Once again, bangtan writes a super hype song with a bunch of hidden meanings. Anpanman is a superhero who's head is made of bread. He gives pieces of his head to others to make them stronger but in turn, it makes him weaker. My guess is that bangtan is hinting that they're ARMY's anpanman. The lyrics talk about getting hurt in secret but continuing for our sake. They mention that they're scared to "fall", meaning they're scared to disappoint us. He gives pieces of his head to others to make them stronger but in turn, it makes him weaker. My guess is that bangtan is hinting that they're ARMY's anpanman. The lyrics talk about getting hurt in secret but continuing for our sake. They mention that they're scared to "fall", meaning they're scared to disappoint us. The lyrics talk about being our strength and say they'll put away their fears for us. "Even if it takes up all my strength, I will be sure that I stay by your side."

Guys, I'm late as hell to this but hope you realize Anpanman is a household children's character in Japan, like Doraemon, based from the picture book turned long-running anime and movie series. He's an anpan (the food) head shaped superhero who goes around feeding bits of himself to children and battling Baikinman (germ man) and his henchmen with his friends. This song is entirely titled after the character! :D
