    Ingredients
    1 kilo chicken wings
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 teaspoon paprika
    ⅓ cup all purpose flour
    ⅓ cup cold water
    1 cup cornstarch ( Plus ½ teaspoon salt for coating )
    ⅓ cup butter
    8 cloves garlic ( minced )
    Parsley ( optional, for garnish )
    Steps:
    Place the chicken wings in a bowl, mix these with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, all purpose flour, and cold water. Marinade for 30 minutes.
    In a shallow pan, Mix together cornstarch and salt to be used as a coating for the chicken. Make sure the chicken is coated well, shaking off the excess starch before deep frying at medium heat for 10 - 12 minutes.
    Once golden, take these out to rest for 10 minutes. Double fry, this time at high heat for 2 minutes. Take these out and place them over a strainer. Set aside.
    For the sauce; in another pan, melt butter and saute some garlic until bubbling. Turn off the heat and place the fried chicken in the pan. Toss till fully coated. Garnish with parsley if you’d like.
