He and Valtor were the best two best supervillains in all seasons in my opinion. 🥰 Second are the Trix but they got a little bit annoying by the time. I'm happy that they became good ones in the final battle where Valtor was defeated in the eighth season, where Icy gave Bloom one of the wishing stars instaed of giving it to Valtor. 😀
