      Seconded. There's literally no good reason not to as it's better in every definable way, plus you can boot into stock if you need/want to, or even remove Klipper entirely and return to stock only.

    The Flash Forge AD5M non Pro is the absolute best printer under $300 that you can buy. The Pro is awesome too but i wish they would lower the price to $399

    Well you got me to watch the video with my fiance because of your misleading supporting actor AKA your dog and your thumbnail.
    And now my fiance is really upset that she didn't get to see the dog so now I'm having to write this and not allowed to watch your videos anymore. I'm grounded.

    Is this really the best selling printer on Amazon? That's neat. I have two of the non pro models, one with the DIY enclosure and the other without.
    They're really good, but in a market that seems filled to the brim with Bambu bros, I find it crazy that this is selling so well.

    • @TwoMooseToo
      @TwoMooseToo  4 дня назад

      It’s cheaper lol there’s also a whole group of people who will buy anything that’s not Bambu.

    • @anthonylong5870

      Its cheaper and faster then the Bambu with the same or better print quality. thats why people are buying it

    I bought 8 of the 5M adventures for my classroom. It's the nearly the same machine minus a few things like the enclosure and etc. However, they have been extremely reliable and easy to maintain. My only gripe on these machines are the filament rolls being on the back, the power button on the back, and the filament loading seems to waste some filament. However, we just printed new top mounted roll holders and have been using them nonstop for awhile. For the price point, the ability to use USB thumb drives, and ethernet ports, we love these machines. The quality is better than our Prusa MK3's and zero leveling issues. We had each one up and running in 15 minutes which reminded me of my personal P1Ps'. Lastly, Flash Forge 's customer service has been helpful for us. One machine had a nozzle that seemed to have issues. They sent a new one to use free of charge in less than a week. I can't wait to see what they release next month.

      Thanks for the input! I’m always interested in others experiences. Yeah I hate the dang spools on the back! I don’t get why all these companies do that haha and with the 5m pro it has a power button on the front.

    • @JamesTenniswood
      @JamesTenniswood 4 дня назад

      The klipper software upgrade is also very good, worth a look

    • @greenman360
      @greenman360 4 дня назад

      You can feed a spool from anywhere you want. I've never even installed the spool holder on either of my 5Ms. Even on the one with the DIY enclosure, I printed a custom version that didn't include the spool holder. As for the filament waste, there are ways to mitigate this. Letting the load command run for ~10 seconds without feeding new filament works on stock OS. Also if you want to dive into Klipper, it's far less wasteful when loading filament.

    lol that benchy file is clearly cheating, missing all sorts of key features which makes it subtly easier to print, lowkey heinous on their part

    Bamboo P1P
    Or this machine Adventurer 5m Pro
