Nice job today !! a lot of fun !! I may have to pick up a couple of those baits !! check out the Matzuo Doragon 4" swimbaits, they are killers for bass, I only used them in lakes , but they are a slimmer profile , need to slow down with them, I fish them with a medium light rod, and 8# co-polymer, deadly on large mouth & smallmouth in my lakes !!! Great vids !! you keep me longing for the days I can get back out there !!

No Need to get a BFS reel that can use fluorocarbon just use about 3' ft of most any fluo leader material to keep your bait from getting tangled in your braided mainline.😁i've ben doing just that on my Gekka Bijin and my 22 Silver Creek, though last time a was at the creek doing BFS I got 19 smallmouth bass two were over 16" with no leade problems then almost lost my Daiwa DR Jointed Minnow To a 31" Pike 🙃The line broke in the net, I was useing daiwa j-braid x8 8lb maneline with 2' of Cortland Monofilament Leader Material in 8lb as shock leader then about 8" of RIO Fluoroflex Strong in 3X (8.8lb) because Fluorocarbon has great abrasion resistance but big pike have teeth like blades... 😅know any good tieable steel leader material that works with bfs??
