- Tank mount styles are also available. This is a great setup because you are not tied to your regulator or battery. You can alway upgrade or change them.

Nice kit, I'm getting ready to pull the trigger. Particularly because I like your clean connector job and not the cheap knock of connectors. My plan is to put this in a Gen 1 Blaster. All looks good but I can't say 100% if the battery will sit on its side under the seat on the Blaster. Otherwise this looks like it would bolt up once I float the stator. Can you tell me if that's the case or if not any modification I might need to do for the Blaster? Thanks in advance.
Yep just need to float the stator. Here is the link for the 88-02.
The batter will fit green in the little corner tool box. You will need to trim like an 1/8 off the top edge to allow the wire to pass though and not be pinched. I’ve got a of some here from a customer….

Hey kevin, have u ever had one pipe go cold, everytime u hit the mid range on ur throttle?? Idles fine, and i syncted the carbs with the same type of guage u use... but every time i get on it, one cylinder stops firing it sounds like?? please help!!?
Check to be sure both your needles are on the same setting and that they match. That’s a needle issue. Also be sure your mains are the same size
So I bought this dc converter, where do I connect this yellow with red stripe plug coming out of the trail tech regulator
the trail tech regulator installation manual states, the yellow/red wire is not in use, if you just want to use it for charging batteries. so you don't need yellow/red
Could u install a bigger battery if u want.?????
of course you can, but the OEM Stator only generates around 75 Watts, so a bigger Batt with more capacity, would not make much sense. this small 1,3 aH is charging faster and the risks of discharge are way lower. so far i know. i run this plug and play setup from STB for around two years, without fuses in the circuit. my Shee has LED Hazards, LED Turn lights with integrated taillights and a couple of more things. it works great. but Battery lost a little of its capacity. i've too much lights stuff on my shee because i need it for a street legal Shee. the headlights are still 2x 35 Watts lightbulbs. i'm still wondering why it works this long lol.

Why go DC tho 🤔 do you gain any benefits running it
1) You lose the flicker
2) Some LED aren’t happy on AC
3) Allows lights to be run with engine off. Example…light whips/accent lights while parked (so you can look cool) lol
4) some guys use led strips under the tank for “trouble lights” at night to see their engine.
5) gotta have it if your a road legal guy for horn and turn signals

also i noticed that in order for me to see the dot in the carb site glass, i have to have the throttle adjusters turned almost all the way out on top of the carbs?!? do i need a new throttle cable u think??
