I was at this concert, pretty much my local venue. They usually don't do recordings with pro cams or whatever, so I doubt that there is some better footage. Just people enjoying the moment, how it should be :)
I've got a legit question! Is that possible that Chris now as faith in something? Because he did change the lyrics like "Does that faith merely keeps US in line'.
He does a podcast/patreon about this song. Simple put, no he hasn't found faith but he has gone back to this song which has haunted him in how it was racist. It targeted a band after their views on another band and their sexual preferences was made known. In targeting this band he used terms/phrases he no longer agrees with (stupid teenager mistake) With the newer lyrics he is trying to make it more inline with his current views now. In terms of his faith. The song duplicate keys icaro is about a spiritual high he had and does another episode of his podcast/patreon about. Along with Chris' odcast/patreon. I highly recommend to anyone that's a fan to check out the podcast called Unscripted moments. Each episode is a deep dive into one song an episode. **These are my own dumbass substandard understanding of what has been said. @@joshwhiteman6937 Hi Josh, could you please clarify what podcast you are referring to? I looked on Patreon but didn’t find anything under Propagandhi or Chris Hannah. I did subscribe to Unscripted Moments and I look forward to listening to it soon.

really love this band, really hate that they still play this song., but the skater boys still love it of course....it´s just a little more complicated!
Here for it in 2023. Peace!
Amazing track... Far ahead of its time. ITS AGED SUPER WELL!!!
Not ahead of it’s time. This has been topical for 100 years.
Great song! Especially now...
@@JayDecayAEmost definitely. He just knew what he was talking about

Nah!
Chris re-recorded it with these lyrics. You can get it on his Patreon.
Saw them in a tiny club in Saint Louis back in the day for the How To Clean Everything tour.
Which one? I'm from STL. wasn't it a club on Wash U campus?

New lyrics are so good. Love to see Chris' arc as a human being becoming more inclusive and humane while still sticking to his politics.

"fuck that new atheist racist shit?" what?
New Atheism is considered by some to be deeply problematic. Racist. Sexist. Propagandhi also go after Hitchins' racism in Comply/Resist.

It's so much better now. Really appreciate when they can find songs from the old catalogue that they stand by.

Sad they play to neo jocks now . Fuck them as well
It's not any more complicated than it was 30 years ago. Free Palestine ✊
