Meifumado - Horrible game. Released on July 18, 2024. It turned out that the developers raised money using Kickstarter, but they did not receive the coveted funds - according to the developers, Kickstarter did not give them the money, and the game had to be finished without funds. In terms of the concept and ideas that the trailer presented, it could have been great, what is called "a good game on paper". But what was released is not this game at all. It is terrible.I don't recommend anyone to spend money on it. It's not a metroidvania, not an RPG, loot is essentially only needed for consumables, hitboxes and timing are crooked, the combat system is dull, if you master counterattacks the game is easy. How did this trash get into this video and Steam? Maybe the developers had some problems during development, but this does not change the fact that the game is bad. It's commendable that the developers tried to finish the game without funds, but this does not justify the way it was released.
Blame the USA and their dumb sanctions on russia and belarus. The funds were frozen and devs got fucking shafted. I think what they delivered was impressive given the circumstances but i wish we could've gotten the proper game
