  • Our trusted leader, Mitch Friedman, brings us an inside look at lynx recovery efforts in Washington. A total of six lynx have been released in the Kettle Range this year thanks to the partnerships and efforts of the Colville Confederated Tribe, Okanagan National Alliance, Upper Columbia United Tribes, and obtaining permits from the BC Wildlife Agency. The Kettle Mountain Range in northeast Washington is one of six "core areas" essential for lynx conservation.
*We may have strongly required/encouraged our staff to document more of their work in the field. Do you like this type of video format? Let us know in the comments!

Lynx. As Jerry Clower would say, souped up wildcat.

First it's our wildlife, next it'll be our water.

Great ...their Ranchers will get something else to shoot instead of the Wolves we sent to replace their extinct ones. We feed the ducks at the cottage all year and the hunters kill 75 a day each as they migrate south. No more animals to the states until they make it illegal to kill them .
