- Today I built a quick survival shelter, ideal for summer, without nails, combined only with wires and knitting. I woke up at night with a loud wild noise while I was sleeping. My dogs never stopped talking. I came across the carcass of a mountain goat on a night hike.
When we want to stay in the forest compulsorily or arbitrarily, you can build and stay like this with light bush woods to survive. You will not be affected by the falling dew at night, and you will not be affected by the wind either. The trees used are made with branches of trees that need to be pruned. My camping meal, which I made at the campfire, is a delicious herb that nature has presented to us. You should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

Make sure to learn good deep breathing techniques (inhale through nose over 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale out of mouth over 4 seconds and repeat), this will send signal to brain that everything is okay, so don't feel anxiety. 😉

Like when ppl spent their childhoods in nature or with friends and are now addicted to phones or staying in doors, naturally since (mainly gen z) are on phones and inside during our childhoods, we'll probably end up more outside or our next generations will

So true, Those other videos of those kids were proved fake, they used many actual tools,/ Concrete bags / way more people then shown involved. All of it was shown by drone footage over the area where they do the "builds" . Ill see if i can find the link

Well….there is a proper bushcraft camp and a proper dinner with some great scenery and two great companions. This man has great skill when taking to the woods, which is why he looks so completely comfortable and “at home”. Great video…thanks for taking me on the adventure
