Marwa the tile can be slippery with socks ,there are some rubber sole or slip proof house shoes. So for Rocio , your mom especially socks is not advised on that kind of flooring. Also when the baby comes and anyone is moving around with him /her should be mind ful of wearing socks as it can be slippery. Be sure any liquid spills is cleaned immediately or that people are aware and can take precaution

But, be careful on the hot water heater roof. I see cracks on the roof edges, and people stand on roof edge. Keep in mind, water is seeping into those cracks and will weaken the concrete. Someone may stand on it, and the concrete will break and give away. I don't want you or anyone else to fall. Please, think about sealing the cracks so the hot water heater roof so that roof is not weaken to collapse.

I am a bit perplexed as to why people would want to visit when sheet rock (gypsum board) is being installed? It's toxic, dusty and creates a mess while being installed. Marwa, you will have a miserable life if you keep dismissing and ignoring your wife when it comes to a clean home. I continue to say you need to hire domestic staff that takes pride in their work, listen to directions and show up every day to work. The Villa is dusty, dirty and out of order, you not living in a shack, it's a beautiful home and should present luxury living in the Village. I would be embarrassed if I invited guest into a dirty home. Health and hygiene around the villa should be a priority, as the birds are infected with something, and the horses appear to be ill, and cleanliness is not a priority. Focus and prioritize the projects around the villa and listen to your wife. A pregnant woman should be breathing in all the toxic and dusty air. Hire competent staff and hold people accountable. Give guest a good experience and make a memory that will inspire and influence them.
He is degrading his villa in front of the whole world watching. There are outstanding world standard villas and real estates all over Kenya and Nairobi, etc... done by professionals. He could afford to hire them with the money he has spent fixing the roof of his villa multiple times because it was poorly done.
He need to pay those workers the right way. Slavery is over, plus him and his wife can clean. Nothing wrong with them. That place is always going to be dusty, have you looked around. The roads, grounds are all dirt not paved. They have a system to get rid of all that but cost a lot of money.

Marwa i still wonder why you find it so hard to listen to Rocio or take directions. I dont knowcif its ego or what. I wouldnt even receive guests when the house is in a mess that way. How she receives visitors matters to her coz she will look bad if they are in bad conditions. From my experience with birds it's not advisable to add new birds to the existing stock you rather take care of the existing to produce more since mostly new birds come with different hidden diseases, if you bring a new chicken let it proceed to the kitchen

Hi Marwa plse stop feeding the horse corn leaves, detrimental for their health cos it's GMO. Feed the grass your dad uses to feed the animals much healthier, horses love fruits n vegetables. Birds also get sick from corn n rice feed them fruits n vegetables their natural diets in the wild. Their main source of proteins are bugs n insects❤
