When I was making this video, there are a lot of memorable names that strike me. But there's a weird twist to it. Half of these players I didn't recognize when I was a kid watching them win it all for the first time. Like Gregor Blanco, Andres Torres, Travis Ishikawa, Jeremy Affeldt, and Aaron Rowand? Come on, like I was only 8 when this happened. But looking back now, I realized that most players on their team, including the ones I've mentioned fit well into the Giants' scheme of play. Some of them were able to get on base, some of them could hit home runs, and some of them were able to draw walks. With their pitching rotation, that's what fueled them. Matt Cain, Ryan Vogelsong, Madison Bumgarner, Tim Lincecum, Tim Hudson, Jake Peavy, Jonathan Sanchez, and Barry Zito all were key contributors to their three World Series championships. Their endless depth throughout their bullpen, with guys like Sergio Romo, Javier Lopez, Santiago Casilla, Yusmeiro Petit, George Kontos, Hunter Strickland, and Jean Machi. But yet, the hitting core is the one that came up clutch when needed. Buster Posey as their poster child, Aubrey Huff, Juan Uribe, Edgar Renteria, Cody Ross, Freddy Sanchez, Brandon Belt, Marco Scutaro, Brandon Crawford, Pablo Sandoval, Angel Pagan, Hunter Pence, Joe Panik, and Michael Morse helped their stellar pitching staff. Enjoy the nostalgia and subscribe for more content like this.

I will never forget 2010, 2012 and 2014. They all had their own unique stories and will forever hold a special place in my heart. There’s not many days that go by that I don’t think about these three magical seasons. Go Giants!

none of these giants teams were ever the best team in the league on paper. Yet they were able to win 3 world series in this time. Absolutely crazy clutch moments and pitching dominance

I bleed black and orange. Used to cut school to sit in the bleachers of Canndlestick Park for couple bucks. My wish was always to see Giants win one world series within my lifetime. Winning 3 in 5 years was just incredible.

The feelings of the 3 in 5 are so easily forgotten. I’m glad I remember to remind myself. I know we’re growing, but I hope I get to share those same feelings with my children before they leave the nest.

That 2012 series against the reds was the best, watching posey crank a grand slam to absolutely stun Cincinnati will always be one of my favorite memories of this dynasty. Also MadBum having a 5 inning save to win the WS😊

After winning Game 6 in Philly in 2010, against that powerhouse Phillies team that had been to the World Series each of the two years prior, I knew they were finally gonna do it. There was no stopping them at that point. The Rangers had no shot.
Same case in 2012 after they came back from being down 3-1 against the Cardinals, there was no stopping them at that point either. Verlander, Scherzer, and the Tigers' pitching staff be damned.
2014 was not as confident. By that point, the age and cracks were beginning to show a bit as guys like Cain, Romo, Timmy, and Casilla were getting past their prime. And that Royals team was very much like we were in 2010, that squad filled with young studs that believed their time had come. But that experience and Madison freaking Bumgarner having the greatest World Series you will ever see from a Starting Pitcher, was just enough to get us over the top for #3.
That 5 year run was just magical. And I'll never forget it for as long as I live.

2012 was the cockroach team... they wouldn't go away with game elimination games vs the reds and cards. pitching in World Series was lights out... night night.
