The payoff is better for Shake Shack because they don’t have to pay salaries. For a customer is straight up nerve wracking, especially if there is a line behind you. It’s not “an experience” that people love. Nice sugar coating sales pitch though.

Yes, if you know what you want, then order it, but she did a sales pitch sayings it’s a wonderful experience to take your time on their kiosk.
I got so confused on how to order food with a kiosk, but next time I won’t be after watching this
