Can, do! I cover a little bit of that in next weeks, but will certainly do some more in depth painting tutorials in the future, I really appreciate the suggestions! Thank you Larry!
Always enjoy your work. As far as sharpening, I spoke to Mr. Watts about it. He said after getting the edge he finishes with 3000 grit then strops. I now do it to all my blades and get that mirror polish.
Oh yes, thank you, I spent a couple decades as a metal fabricator, I'm very well versed in blade sharpening, I just haven't had the time to sit down and do it properly, I will very soon though.
Great video. The beveller really cleans up those edges on the outside. What is the tool that has the small curve, looks like maybe the other end of your spoon tool? Is that how you clean up the rest of the lines usually? My outline usually looks great but then left with just my cuts in the inside of designs to try to cleanup.
It’s a modelling spoon, one side it the spoon shape, and the other is a little curved round rod piece. I believe it came from Tandy years ago. There’s all kinds of shapes of them out there. I find them super useful for cleaning up cut lines ☺️
Fab work as always, and some very helpful tips 🙂
Excellent video and contents love it
Imperfections make art what it is. It is what people are actually looking for on an unconscious level. At least that is what I think. Nice work.
Also, if you could do an in-depth guide to blending one color into another and how to start an opaque to almost translucent it would be a big help.

@@dadhands The process of what goes on the leather pre and post painting, and how to dye leather after you've painted it. Would be sooo HUGE!
