- Virtuoso Accordionist, Sergiu Popa (a native of Moldova), now lives in Montreal Canada where he has established his reputation as a pre-eminent performer and much sought after teacher of accordion. He is an expert on East European folklore. Here he demonstrates the many colors of his digital accordion. Check out his website for his fine instructional DVD on Balkan music.

To the original commenter it depends on what you get, the majority of accordions are manual from what I've seen. You'll just have to specify with whoever you purchase it from.
A good place is Liberty bellows, they have a RUclips channel that displays the accordions being played (although i don't know if they ship internationally, sorry).

„Sergiu Popa” is romanian name, not bulgarian. Of course, it does not matter, but these are the facts.
Of course 70 % of gypsies in bulgaria speak romanian.

No. Geamparale (from Dobrogea - Romania, Black Sea coastal region) is in 7/8 (223), but this Bulgarian tune is in 6/8 (33). It's called a "pravo horo". Pravo is a Bulgarian word meaning "straight" (or right). Here, straight means a symmetrical beat (binary actually), which is uncommon in Bulgarian music.
