- April 25, 2015. Here is a sample of a 90 minute workshop that Sergiu Popa did at Anderson's Accordion Service in Ontario Canada. It was very informative with many exciting excerpts.
That duet at the end! Just beautiful. I could listen to you two play for hours.
Scales and chords and arpeggios are INVALUABLE. It is underrated. Please listen to him. Practice and have fun with your bellows. Speed is one goal. How many different ways can you experiment with articulation in your scale practice. Have fun with it for sure.

I was taught as a kid a for a few years of accordion lesson but the guy was a piano player. I wish I was taught by someone like this.

How do you play 2 voices. There are no explanations anywhere. I want to take my playing to the next level
It's basically scales in thirds. You should look up some piano exercises for scales in double thirds and just use the right hand from some of those resources, usually with recommended fingerings marked.
