Overview of the video: -Wake up earlier (it gives you more time, and makes your start to the day less stressful). Tip- don’t keep your phone in your room (you will have to get up to turn it off, instead of pressing snooze!) -Meditate (focus on your breathe) -Tea (will ease you into the day) -Daily gratitudes (make them specific, so that you start your day off positive) - Read (10/20 pages, it’s just something nice to do for yourself, and get inspired) -Breakfast (Make something organic if you can, maybe something more substantial because you have more time. Focus on foods that will fuel your body like peanut butter! But fresh fruit is fine too.) -Exercise (yoga is great for mindfulness, but anytime of sport will help you to get focused and feel present!) If you have to get up and out the door for school or work, interstate just a few of these in to your morning routine! BONUS TIP- (from me) take a really good stretch in the morning then sit for 5 mins with you feet up against the wall to get blood flowing to your brain!
I spend my morning entirely different than you 😅 sometimes I wish l was that organized and mindful but I luckily can seperate how I feel in the morning from the rest of the day so it doesn't matter in the end 😊 great video!

Study With Jess Dear Jess, I need help. I have exams starting on the 15th May for Year 11 GCSE. I only have one exam and that is for RE (but I don't really need to fo much for that subject because I am pretty good at it all ready); and although we have been given a rota for starting revision on 27th Febuary, that we must fill out for revision I have barely done anything; partly because of my drama assessment I had to do, and I had to put all my concentration on it, but if I'm being honest its because I found it so difficult with concentrating on revision and I just know I will completly fail the GCSE exams. I really want to take English Literature and Language combined (requesting I have "at least a grade 4 for English literature and language) Drama (saying I should have achieved a grade 4 in English and Maths; and that any previoud performing experience or have followed a GCSE course in Drama, this could be a advantage but it isn't essential. More than this I should enjoy working individually and in groups; a commitment to rehearsal both individually and as part of small groups and would also be essential requirement to the course), and Film Studies (being the most hardest one for me to achieve and be able to do, as it needs a minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C/level 4 or above including *Level 4 in English Language *Level 4 in English Literatute and a genuine passion for film). I feel especially worried about getting a high grade in maths, and apart from.going to many revision sessions. I have been adiccted to RUclips and Facebook and the game apps and have been not been able to go to sleep till almost 1 in the morning because of tirdness, and becaue I just cannot focus. I really want to have a carrer as a writer (specifically as a fantasy writer for young adults) and I am so worried that I won't be able to do this subjects that will help me study English. I just cannot concentrate. I tell myself to revise when I am at school and I just become lazy when I get school. I know I should get rid of my laptop and phone in my room or study elsewhere, but I need my laptop to find past paper exams and there are too many pages to print out, as well as also needing my phone for keepig in time, but I keep getting distracted by it. I know I am sounding like a little brat and you are proberly reading this thinking I have no hope for me; but do you have ANY advice for me to sleep well and not get distracted. Its like my brain just doesn't want to care anymore. 😢😢😢😢😢😣😣😣😦😦😦😦😦😦😦😦😦😦😦
