Hi you! :) Thanks for watching! This song has been on loop for weeks now. I finally got the chance to work on it. It took forever to make the instrumental coz yo girl had to learn how to make beats lol. I prerecorded the audio. I recorded the video on a moving train on my WAY BACK HOME (hehe, see what I did there). I hope you enjoy my english cover! Of course, the usual disclaimers. This is not a suuuuper direct translation. I read over different english translation on youtube and google to try and understand it. I tried to stick to the overall meaning of the song while attempting to create a better flow of words.

As a Korean, I think your covers make quite much sense with pretty good delivery of the meaning. Your lyrics have always been beautiful and meaningful, not even deviating from the meaning that the original lyrics convey.

Beige Ricaforte it may be a good track but no one really knew shaun. He just suddenly appeared on the charts and knets dont even listen to his songs. This song way back home, his bside charted because his title track is about fantasies of women. Well if you support robots, i guess he's not cheating.

I know this is a weak statement, but Shaun is a musician who makes his own music and has also helped create hits of popular kpop groups. I don't think a person who seems to care about music this much would want to manipulate the charts. Additionally, nothing about this world is really simple. Sometimes, simple and catchy songs can sometimes go absolutely viral whether the artist is popular or not (example, Momoland's Bboom Bboom). Also, a source from Melon stated that they found no suspicious activity, yet people are still trying to push that he manipulated the charts... Knetz may not know of him, but he's insanely popular in Vietnam and they can also stream on Melon, Genie, etc.
Koreans do listen to his song tho, it got famous after appearing in some Tik Tok vids, Knets didn’t blame him but some other fandoms did

I actually dedicate this song to my crush who is also my bestfriend.
Whenever I hear the first lyrics "reaching out to you in the dead of the night" I always remember the times when I'll chat him at night whenever I have problems. And he's always there for me😊
"No matter where I go, always end up by your side", and whenever I hear that lyrics i always remember how fate tried to pull us apart but we're still here... FRIENDS. Friends who always look out for each other. And no matter how I try to get him off my mind, he's always the solution to my sadness and depression. So no matter where I go I always end up by his side.
"At the end of this journey time has led me back, back to my home, now I found the way back home", well, for me, what I dedicate the "way back home" lyrics is actually being "back on his side". He's the only person I feel safe to. The only person I can be myself. I'm inlove with him and I want to spend forever with him. But too bad, I don't think he feels the same.
