thanks, man, your video saved me a hell of a lot of time, did exactly as you told and one hour later the printer that stood without action for 3 years is working like new. btw, i used window cleaner (an efficient combination of alcohol and surface active agents) to clean the head, recommended, cheap and cheerful.

Hi after following all the steps in this video and putting everything back paper printing is nou completely blank. Before it was printing but very broken lines now completely blank en my ink tank is full. I even took it all out again to make sure the plug is in correctly. Please help

@BilalKhalid yes the ink is full and I took everything out again and the ink is definitely coming through the head so what els can I do

When you open the lid of the printer cartridges along with the flex cable won't move to the left.How do they automatically move to the left so I can access them?

you can rotate gear on the left side then you can move ink carriage with your hand

The printer was printing all colour excpt black , after cleaning it print nothing , afterthat it stopped completely

how do you get the printerhead in the middle? mine always goes back to the side and i cant access the screw so i cant open the printerhead

turn printer on and give a copy command then while its started copying then suddenly disconnect the power then you will be able to move the print head according to your requirement.
