i just encountered the same thing. but all i did was plug and unplug and switch on the printer (l360) continuously until finally it's working again. thank god.

Replacing the motherboard, if you don't have it might be more expensive than a new printer, no? By the way I have a "fatal error" on a PC for my printer XP-415 and the message on the display is immediatly "Paper jam" do you have a motherboard for a XP-415? Thanks ;)
