I don't think that Barry was ever unfaithful. And I'm sure it is easy for any musician to become an addict because so much of that stuff floats around in the industry, so it's no surprise that Maurice became hooked on alcohol, Robin leaned on pills for a while, Andy became addicted to alcohol and drugs, and Stephen also got hooked. The amazing part is when they were able to get clean and get on with their lives. Andy unfortunately damaged his heart. It is a difficult thing for people to stay clean and thrive. So bless those who are able. Barry is lucky he had a wife who kept him on the straight and narrow. The Gibbs are a talented family who have been blessed with musical gifts. Love love love the Bee Gees sound, I've been a fan since the 70s. It was horrible to lose Andy so young and Maurice and Robin and I feel Barry's pain. He and his wife Linda seem totally devoted to each other. Rumours will always appear from somewhere but I don't believe for one second that they were unfaithful to each other. Re Stephen, it happens - people make bad choices, we learn from them and move on and it forms part of our growing up.

Why can't people just let the brothers passed on rest in peace? What good does it do to air the family dynamics now? The Bee Gees as a group were one of the best ever. All three contributed to their success and all three had their own unique talent. For me, Robin's voice was unmatchable. Every time I would hear him sing, I got chills and the tears would start. RIP to the Gibb brothers gone ahead.

When it all comes down to it. Their singing together was magic and stili. Their whole family parents and children is huge wish the Gibb collective would tour NZ. I think the parents did an amazing job bringing up there boys and Leslie.

I feel anybodys pain where addiction is concerned.
Yes its that persons choice to choose, its a yes or no choice, I am into my fifth year of sobriety.
Tragedy can cause Any amount of trauma for me alcohol became my best friend wanting it, needing it, depending on it.
Self admittance was my realisation of what I had become yes a Stone cold alcoholic who cared for me & me only not even caring for my family.
For me I could see no end I looked in a mirror I had become a disgrace could I change me, I had to & I did yes it has been so dam hard yes it is painfully & yes as the saying goes no pain no gain.
Throughout all this my wife stood by my side raising our family I have no right to be proud the proud one is my dear wife Lisa who cared for me.
Addiction is easy being famous is great but it has its downfalls also the Bee Gees were amazing Andy Gibb also a great voice lost to addiction so sad for Barry, Robin, & Maurice but, they stood strong & united as one.Theee trauma was released in there music their music will always be there for people to enjoy I still do today. The best thing for me now is I can listen to the Bee Gees music whilst I am soba which makes the Bee Gee music sound even better.
