"At Last" was written by Mack Gordon and Harry Warren in 1941 for the musical film "Sun Valley Serenade". "At Last" has been recorded by many artists including Etta James whose version this recording is inspired by. More recently "At Last" has been recorded by both Celine Dion and Beyonce.

That means she is the greatest singer of my lifetime as I am < 74. Actually, that is very subjective, but she is extremely talented and I do not generally even care for her style of music. She makes even the songs I dislike others singing a pleasure to listen.

See, this is a concert I would go to. Because it's not about a bunch of dancers and chairs and fireworks and lasers. It's pure singing. There's nothing like it. One of the best concerts I attended was a small one with just a singer, a man on guitar and a piano player. And it was perfect. Lucy Thomas has that rare talent.
Real talent does not need fireworks, gyrating dancers and a laser going off. Lucy and her voice are enough. What a talent.
