You didn’t mention the shootings, the violence in schools. The constant car thefts. The constant fight on the freeway to get anywhere and everyone has road rage. It’s almost $5.00 a gallon in gas. DONT MOVE HERE! The 2nd month I moved her both of my husband and my cars were stolen and totaled.
I owned a house in hilltop in the 90s it was unbelievable the crime. It calmed down from 2005-2019. But it appears its back again. There was a shootout at a neighborhood park with kids playing. Insane
Good video and correct. Bought my newer house at 1300 Sq ft. 4bd 2 bath our house was 405k. Our old house at 760sq 2bd 1 ba was 98k when we sold it after only being in it for a couple years we sold at 187k with little newer mods.

Solid video! I work add car registration costs as that was a big shock for us. On the other hand, daycare was cheaper!
