I agree a light grey, less likely to show every smudge of dirt, and it will look good with the grey flooring. Good practical tutorial. Great job!
Definitely LIGHT GRAY. It will complement the ramp color. White will look too dirty, when it gets dirty.
Grey. I did my trailer in Grey it looks great. I like that rubber floor. Going to Amazon to check it out for my trailer.
Glow in the dark paint for the inside.
Missed this one. Thanks!
Great video, looking forward to the rest of the build out. Good ideas for my enclosed 7x14.
This is the most we seen of JD
And those sexy legs, lol
Red White and Blue! With Stars!🇺🇸
White is so nice when working inside the trailer as far as light reflection is concerned. Yes it gets dirty quicker but your not a landscape or construction company that tend to get dirtier quicker. Light Grey another great choice.
I would say a gray that's just lighter than the matting. Then at about 42 or 48 inches transition to a light color to help the light seem better used inside.
I just bought a lightly used Legend all aluminum 6x10 with the 18" V nose. I totally agree with you. These small trailers are awesome. My plan is to use it as a utility trailer but also a Plen Air studio to paint on location.
Your idea on the flooring is exactly what I needed to see.
Thanks for the content. As always your channel is incredibly informative.
Paint a light color that won't show little bits of dirt or scuffs, light grey? How many cans of adhesive did you use for the ramp?
1.5 cans
I got the 6x12 extra height dual axle and love it. I put click vynyl on floor inside making it niice when loading stuff. I still have to do ramp. I think gray- very light, would look good plus keep it light/bright inside. The trailer ramp makes it easier to load than trying to lift heavy items up and on truck bed.
Grey, will show less dirt and dust. Like the idea of a table or shelf in side.
Cool. I want to see all of it, when finished.
Nice I just got a 24ft cargo trailer and need to put something on the drop door 👍🏻
I painted my walls light gray and the trim a darker shade of gray thats about the same color as your floor it turned out very well
I also agree with the light grey, you don't want to go too dark in a relatively small space. JD I bet if someone was to give you a Coffee Cup you'd find someway to modify it and make it better, improvements seems to be in your DNA. 😊👍👍👍
Lol thanks my friend. Only thing better than a coffee cup is a coffee station 🚉
Looking good!
Keep the wife happy
How timely this video was as I just bought a 2008 EZ hauler all Aluminum 6 x 10 trailer that looks almost new. I just added E track to both sides and was looking at adding some non skid material to the ramp. I use the trailer to keep my Art show tent and display panels in ready to go to the next show this weekend. You have started a project I am also starting so I look forward to your next installment.
I vote for the light gray inside. One question, are you going to do something with the fold down ramp extension?
Do an antique white inside!
Do gray on the panels and white on the trim pieces. That would look really good.
What was the flooring you used on the ramp, the gritty diamond plate stuff ?
Oops JD almost made it on camera 😂
I'm curious how the tires work I've got my eye on them for horse trailer
Paint very light gray! Did you cover that dove tail area too? Would look great!
great video! I looked for your links, but didn't see a link to see where you got the aluminum angle iron? where did you buy that?
Maybe you should have painted the plywood on the ramp to help protect it from the weather and then put the rubber mat on top.
Safety yellow just to be different.
Great video, I can't find a link for the video where you painted the walls and put up the e-track. I am just getting ready to buy a 7 x 12 to use to travel with our two Harleys, I needed your ideas on the floor, walls, and e-track, thanks.
How’s the adhesive holding up? I’m always afraid to do spray adhesive on a flooring as I always imagine it not being pliable enough.
Do you think it will be slick in cold icy conditions? Our ramp from Trailers plus is super dangerously slick in cold damp conditions.
Paint the door/ramp while adding a few cups of silica sand to the paint, keep stirred during the painting process...
i would do a white or off white
Epoxy paint with grit vs Rubber mat flooring… which is better?
How many cans of spray adhesive did it take?
Off white should look good
Looks good but hope it won’t be slick if it gets wet.
Battleship Grey
Where did yiu get the material
I vote for light grey.
Fluorescent Orange!!
Light grey
MY GOD!!!!......ya have $5,000 dollars worth of plywood in that puppy!(;>)
Neon pink!!!!!!
Seriously though, match it to the color of your wife's rig..
paint Red Bull colors
blue and grey
Hot pink for the inside.
Half magenta half fuchsia half or grey
Gray
Throw some boiled linseed oil on the wood.
White
Paint the inside the same color as the outside.
225's is a much better size than the 205's that frequently come standard....
Grey dairy board..
Speaking from experience, the ramp is gonna be slippery.
LineX the inside,.
E trailer should send me stuff I got 44 ft goose neck in lose trailer for my race car plus motorcycle trailer that I use there parts on
Brother, build an audience of 10,000+ people and they just may ask you to review stuff.
Wear a helmet when you walk down that ramp in any sort of moisture, don’t ask how I know…
I feared the same thing when I felt that material at Home Depot.
You aren't a real youtuber unless you use a sawsall on camera from time to time!
I use them on an off camera all the time lol
Man you always got your hand out to all these vendors use your own money and buy the products by yourself
Lol. More like companies reach out to me to work with them.
1/2 inch aluminum angle. Not c channel
Light grey
