i do apply to this university and they rejected my application after collecting about 135 euro no refundable fees for both application and express evaluation fees though i meet the requirements . it was african man that rejected my application . i cant never reccomend this university .
Well, I am so sorry about your experience. But that’s what it is. You win some you loose some. It has nothing to do with where the person is from. You probably did not meet the requirements or they exceeded the limit for the session. But what do I know. Have you been able to secure another admission?

No appointments
Trust me , there are appointments, thousands of students come in every session. You just have to ask them how they get appointments
Are students allowed installmental payment of SCH fees in these universities mentioned?
Yes but not from the first semester. You must always pay either your first semester or 1st year in full. Other payments have different payment plans.
