Hi Trev, I was looking for videos about that truck, as I'm tempted to buy it, well, not that much anymore😊, I might tho. Don't blame yourself too much, AMT is not always good from my experience, mostly bad actually, it's a different breed. I'm starting a '66 Ford Fairlane from them, after getting rid of the flash on the body, I'm now filling-up the 1mm gap on the engine hood, that's how they are. And by the way, the truck looks fine at the end. One thing that I would suggest to glue chromed parts that keep on falling is U.V. glue, it works rather well for me (and magnifier visor helps a lot too). Good continuation 👋🏻
yer it came out ok in the end & a scriber did send me some UV glue & light l just havent tryed it yet. dont not do the KW ... lm sure you will do a better job than me... cheers mate
I feel your pain I loose parts constantly & I call my daughter's to find them . I do a truck build part time hour here & there I build car models cars & bounce back & forth with the truck model they are very frustrating
my work table is very small & so easy to lose parts...& when lm a build the bus flore is coved in tree's of parts... amasing l get anything built at all..lol.... as long as ya enjoy doing the builds is all that matters.. cheers
Well with all the moments you have had on the kenny still looks good to me / the tank will be a great option // No rush to build the other truck neither /save it for a rainy day 😉and a clear mind // keep up the vids trev /✌️✌️👍👍
My uncle just built that same one a few months ago. Me and my sis got it for him on his birthday. Hope you had good luck building yours, love your video. I see you did great!!!
@hippytrev7452 Funny, kind of, you said that, our uncles turned out perfect, just like on the box, but he said a few things he had to fight on the model, but he too, said it wasn't a great kit either. Good luck on your next one!!!
