This is even the Modern Millennial look I remember using eye pencil to draw the lips before adding pink in the middle and then use the pencil to mark dot on one side of the cheeks so it looks like birth mark I know some do it on their forehead but I guess that’s a northern thing (I’m not sure grow up in the north and my friends did it) And yes it eyes before skin then lips And this blush blended too well Is blush if it’s not blushing 😂😂😂😂
Milk of Magnesia was used to hold makeup and best believe no matter how oily you were, your makeup would not drop cos that thing is actually a drug meant for ingestion not skincare. It was moisturizer Milk of magnesia Brows and eyeshadow Foundation L.A girl concealer Powder, blush Then pack highlighter on the cheekbones and that highlighter under the browbone Sometime later some of us the bougie makeup artists started using kiss beauty setting spray 😂 I had a friend that pour water then in a kiss beauty spray bottle and it really used to somehow make the makeup look calmer😂😂 this is like 2013/2014 makeup

And we never used flat brushes…always blending brush up apply the eyeshadow and still use the same brush to blend
