That tach was reading 1500 rpm just holding it. Good call. Like I said before, they can always stop the video at any time or back it up to look at stuff. This is what I do and I see all I want. Also these videos have already come and gone by the time we see them. I have no problem with it. Thank you for your time to do it for us, so we shouldn't complain. Ronnie.
41:54. Dude you just scored on that boombox! She's an 8 track player AND recorder, now that's AWESOME! Seeing it's by Soundesign, I'd make sure that the head bracket in the 8 track is metal or plastic. You're in luck if the bracket is metal but if it's plastic, which I'm 75% sure, hopefully it ain't cracked or else you're gonna need some super glue and a narrow aluminum tape to wrap around the bracket! ^^
your vids are really interesting dude. You guys have so much cool stuff for sale and your swap meets are so huge.Good comentary too man keep it up. You should make avid or 2 of your projects. that would be cool. cheers man. I messaged you a few days back and you asked what country Im in. Good old New Zealand bro. Kiwi Land.Sweet as.
Should always be the 3rd weekend of April. If you're close to this swap meet, I would highly recommend the Pate Swap meet in FT Worth at Texas Motor Speedway. Its probably 6 times the size of this swap meet or bigger. And it's always the last weekend of april6. I have videos of it as well
I never been to the meet but I will go one day. You're just down the street from me now. Im here in SA. We all pronounce it New Bron fuls like Le Bron for the bron & waffles for the fuls.
That's what I was thinking but ive had more a one say I'm going to fast. I can only imagine how much video I would have if I slowed down to get everything
@@coledarton1431 I loved your comment. I think the issue here is you're looking at it through the eyes of someone who would just be waking through and enjoying the swap meet. You're not looking at it through the eyes of the guy making the video. These swap meets are typically not very small so there is tons to see. I only bring my phone to record. So whatever fits and however much battery life I have is all that its gonna be. But also to your point of not going at all if all I'm gonna do is run through these meets. Well here's the thing, aside from the last one I did in Conroe TX, I always walk the entire swap meet first before I go back and record the meet again. That's 2 complete walk throughs. Even if I only walked them once and took my time recording, how many vendors do you think id get to? I simply wouldn't have enough time to see everything, much less get it all on video. And keep this in mind, i not only go to swap meets to make videos, but im also hunting for certain things myself. There just simply isnt enough time to get everything in. I guess i could just get what I perceived aa the best of the best in the video and make it all super slow panning shots with cinematic shallow depth of field shots of a few vendors/vehicles with my dslr camera. But I aint doing that, sorry
Just one of those stalls would have more stuff on it than a whole swap here in NZ ,i'm not joking i would need diazepam & lots of it just to go there i would want to buy every single item & every single car & bring it home with me .I truly believe i was meant to born an American it sucks living at the bottom of the world & im trapped here can never leave .
Oh come on now. Eveyone does it. I hear it all the time at the swap meets. Only difference is I'm doin it and posting it on RUclips. If it bothers you there are plenty of other guys making swap meet videos. Hell theyve done it to me when ive been a vendor lol. Dont bother me none.
Boy I enjoyed that video. I'm 70 now and both knees need to be replaced, I really miss the swap meets, thank you.

I appreciate you touring these Swap Meets. I didn't know there were so many in Texas.
Yea there is actually a good number of them here in Texas, from pretty small to huge.

I think I'm gonna start making videos of my projects as well. Might help grow the channel
There is good info in some of those old books. Info that's not on the internet.
When does this one take place I'd like to visit it here in 2020

I was going to run down and buy the 390 67 until I saw the bubbling under vinyl roof that would make me run like hell LOL!!!

You should definitely check it out seeing as how you're close by. It was over a 4 hr drive for me. But it has always produced some good deals for me
What’s the hurry going through too fas
I try not to go too fast but sometimes I have to move it. Too much too much to see too little time
Dam I seen 20” Schwinn bicycle and some pedal cars wish I could’ve been there but thanks for the cool vid
I lost out on one that had a cool shifter. It sold for $40
I gotta make a vid on my pedal car collection, I used to take them to the car shows for exhibition only, it was fun times.
There were a few pedal cars out at that swap meet. I got a quick shot of one with a sign that read $800
@@ClassicRideSociety Yea I saw a few in the video, its the quick and cheap way to fix up cars as a hobby, lol
My oh my that Scout!
That's my buddies scout. Still for sale lol
You are going at a good pace. Any slower people would think you are going to make an offer on something.
That's what I was thinking but ive had more a one say I'm going to fast. I can only imagine how much video I would have if I slowed down to get everything
@@ClassicRideSociety Hell I got a better idea. Just don't do the damn things if your going to run through. NOT watchable. STFD
