Hi Ed - thanks for the explanation of part 4, I was struggling to understand the sheet music .. great to see it both played and then described in the comments. I’m a side drummer with Shirley Pipe Band in UK West Midlands, doing my best to learn how to read music - this was a great help!
The 4th part is a flam, 7 stroke roll, 6 stroke roll, 5 stroke roll, left tap, flam. The 6 stroke roll looks like a 5 SR plus a tap but because of the dot and cut, it's part of the same rudiment. Your hands will go way slower on the 6 than on the 5. It's the same primary strokes as a 7, but the 3rd stroke is a tap instead of a buzz.
@TheNolanator97 I did. If you look at the official music, each part is 2 lines long and they are identical...then you repeat. The chips are only played on the 1st line and then all play on the 2nd line. When you repeat, you do the exact same thing again. It matches the phrasing, melody, and repeats of the pipes. PM me if you have any questions.

Man, I thought I was the only one having problems with the 4th part. Thanks.
Helped me learn this!!! I play as a beginner in the Ingersoll Pipe Band and this helped me learn the last section! Thanks!

Go to the WUSPBA.org website and click on the music tab. All of the massed band scores are there
