Macaroni and cheese is a very delicious first course loved by everyone! I present to you this amazing recipe in the Italian version! You can prepare it for lunch or dinner and you will please the whole family. All you need are a few ingredients and lots of cheese! :) Try this delicious pasta with cheese and I'm sure you will like it!
Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) of pasta
- 125g (4 oz) of mozzarella
- 80 g (3 oz) of parmesan
- 100 g (4 oz) of spicy provolone cheese
- 50 g (2 oz) butter
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 500 ml (2 cups) of milk
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Olive oil

Pasta with eggs, ricotta and courgettes is a very tasty, nutritious and very easy to make first course! You can prepare it for lunch or dinner and I assure you that everyone will fall in love with it! Pasta made this way leaves no one indifferent. Recipe full of flavours, easy and quick. - 2 cloves of garlic
