As an outsider/stranger, I can clearly see your growth!! 4 years is not *that* long when you think long term! If you are enjoying what you are doing where you are, then don’t feel like you should go elsewhere. I think something to help could be joining new projects or helping your team in another way. I love the hair, that’s a lovely warm honey shade ❤ the freckles thing threw me when I first saw folks doing this - I hated my freckles growing up 😢
i felt the same about my glasses growing up 🥲 it’s crazy how trends work but i always thought freckles were so cute!! ❤️
