I love my F70! It is often overlooked, but in my opinion, one of the best units on the market. There isn't another unit on the market that runs as hot, deep and accurate as the F70.

I just got an F70 and it came with the 10 inch coil, I really like it and just ordered the 11 dd coil yesterday. I will say on reading as much as I have about this machine the sllower speed setting increases the depth a fair amount. from what I gather the speed settings are the response time from the target the faster speed lets you distinguish different targets close together for instance you have a dime next to a quarter you can get a fast read and see both targets. they say for relic hunting go slow speed and it gives more depth. Cool find and happy hunting!!

The F70 is a great detector, going on my 3rd season with it & sill learning.

Looks like a Harmonica piece. BTW... I've been swingin for decades. NOX, Deus etc... Blah... Blah... Blah! My next machine will prolly be the Patriot which is a re-packaged F-70! GREAT machine!

For the price the F70 is worth it, i'm running the F75 DD 11 inch coil which works great in most all conditions, even heavy trash areas, however you must slow down...Found lots of silver, old coins, gold & relics!

Thanks to you for posting this vid...was very useful! Would you recommend this machine for a general purpose, and deep relics finding??

That last find is part of a brass harmonica reed

The learning curve is high but once you have it down its a great machine for all your needs.

I'll try to find some comparison...should be a buckle for a compression strap, from a military context..
