One Nation was an album 'Pac was working on where he would collaborate with rappers from across the country to unite everyone together - from the East coast to the West coast, and down in the Dirty South. His goal was to end the East coast versus West coast beef. Death Row East probably would have played a part in this. And he was narrowing his target - or at least making it more apparent - in terms of beef towards Jimmy Henchmen, Haitian Jack, and Puffy. The Outlawz said that his plan was also to back off of Notorious B.I.G. after the Makaveli album (if you notice there weren't any Biggie disses on that album aside from the slight jab during the intro of "Bomb First").
Napoleon was confronting everybody that 2pac had beef with, or who he thought tried to diss pac. He even confronted Haitian jack. Ask him did he had pac shot in new york. He confronted mob deep at they hotel in Arizona. They were doing a show there. mobb deep said they didn't want know problems. They liked pac music. They were shocked when pac dissed them because they song wasn't a diss to 2pac. Napoleon messed up a song with ice cube because he ask ice cube what problems he had against 2pac before he died. Ice cube walked out on their studio session together. B.e.t tried to make outlawz do a peace show on live TV with puff daddy. Napoleon didn't wanna do it, but the other outlawz talked him into doing it, but at the b e t rehearsal while outlawz was on the stage with puffy. Napoleon walk up to puffy and snatch the mic out his hand. Security broke things up. After that, they banded the outlawz from everything.
Tupac = Strong articulate, communicator.
Tupac's mindset in the studio was incredible
