Yeah! And that his guards are pandas. He also speaks in this book, in Japanese, using a lot of Classical Chinese expressions. Kind of hard to explain. Maybe like if someone spoke English using a lot of Latin words?
So many surprises! The obvious one is the reveal that Centaur Man was Knight Man's secret lover, not to mention a woman. It makes me wonder if the copies of the two of them we see together later end up together, too? I suppose it's possible that they wind up taking totally different paths in life! But much bigger than that, the idea that the robot masters had souls that would return and guide Mega Man from beyond death?? That has some really wild implications for this series! Dr. Wily is responsible for so many souls lost! Jail's too good for him!
I have no idea. I guess it’s left up to the reader. However, Dr. Light rebuilt them to know right from wrong so if anything I’m sure knightman and centaurman will get married.

@Ratralsis yes. As opposed to cohabitation without marriage which is a sin in the eyes of the Lord. I don’t know if they have souls but since he is carrying parts of each robot maybe they can communicate with him and are alive in some sense because their circuits are still running.
@@GTV-Japan It'd be nice to imagine that that's also how Dr. Light was able to rebuild them: by using the parts that Mega Man was carrying. Give some sense of continuity to them instead of thinking they're entirely new and don't remember their previous lives. But now I'm just making stuff up.

The manga writer here must've thought the original game's plot was stale, as they went so freaking hard with this one. Characters that didn't exist in the game challenging Mega Man in part 1, the Kinnikuman-esque rivals they turned the Robot Masters into, right down to the fallen masters communicating with him before the last major battle, and even that odd reveal that Centaurman was not only a woman, but the lover of another one of the robot masters. Just really threw themselves into the work on this on, and I can't blame them.
So this IS the one where Centaurman is actually Centaur_woman_!! Too bad it's never touched on again (so it probably ain't canon), as that would've been fantabulously awesome. 15:34 ...dafuq?? The Flame Blast is the weakness of Mr. X's ride, not the Knight Crusher!! 🤣🤣🤣 19:08 Huh. Knight Crusher, Silver Tomahawk, or even Rush Power could've done it as well, unless Rock ran outta juice after the boss rush. It's pretty neat that Doc Light rebuilt these guys with some of Rock's parts...but wtf did he do the first five times!? And Blues had to explain that the ones in the hatches were mindless copies...but howdafuq did NOBODY seem to know that the first five times!?

I kind of wish that they had done the whole Centaurman reveal in the games too, they could have possibly set it up in the secret boss fight to get the Beat letter, as a kind of regular Centaurman is a fake and the real boss is the female one that has the letter kind of thing, and that would have been mind blowing for some people kind of like the reveal of Samus had been.
Megaman 6 was one of my favorites as a kid probably because it’s kinda the easiest in the classic series (aside from Plant Man’s stage), the game showers you in E-Tanks and lives. However the the exploration and collectibles in 4 and 5 were better. Also I just noticed Megaman 6 is actually Street Fighter X Megaman before Street Fighter X Megaman, (underrated fangame that Capcom endorsed), you go around the world fighting robots from different parts of the world like Wind Man from China (hence the Panda enemies), Centaur Man from Greece, Plant Man from Brazil, Yamato Man from Japan, Tomahawk Man from the USA and so on and so forth.
Mega Man 6 is among the ones I don't really like that much (I don't hate it, but I don't really like it) but this manga adaptation has been incredibly fun to experience! Thanks!
