This prayer of Mor Severius, the 37th Patriarch of Antioch is chanted daily as part of the Soothara (compline) prayers, right after Psalms 91 & 121 are chanted.

Syriac is the sacred language of almost all churches in kerela and all have rooted from syriac churches like church of antioch, chaldean church etc. But its very rare to hear syriac language in our churches. I belong to syro malabar and its very rare i ve seen using syriac in church services. I think we should use more syriac language and give courtesy to fge word syrian present in our churches name. And ur helping great for that.
