請問在日本品嘗咖啡跟在台灣品嘗，有沒有感覺兩地有什麼明顯的不同處?風味表現、專業表現、咖啡文化，或是您認為特別不同的任何地方，是不是能稍微談一下??謝謝
個人感覺，日本非連鎖的咖啡店都有獨特的風格，也很少看到風格接近的咖啡店，包含豆單選項、沖煮手法與出杯方式。我拜訪的店家都非大型連鎖咖啡，但咖啡師對於自家的咖啡表現大多有著該品牌咖啡店的風格，咖啡師對於本身的職業也非常認同！另外，前幾年去日本喝咖啡，很意外他們對中淺烘焙的咖啡接受度很高，不過近幾年台灣也越來越多人開始嘗試中淺焙的咖啡了。
