village food secrets... i know u r right now focusing on homemade cooking ... but also please do include recordings of your home/pind ... may be your village market... or some place where the kulfi man stands with his thella n kids bully him to buy their share... those were truly amazing days of growing up... ab haaton mein paise hai magar woh khushiya nahi... i remember we used to buy icecream for 20 paise.... it was nothing compared to the quality n soft ice creams which we get these days in the market ... our twenty paise wali icecream used to be hard ice but beautifully coloured n very sweet to taste, we could cherish it for long, it wouldnt melt soon .... n then the competition to see whose tongue is the most reddish... such beautiful memories ...
