Kids are not a pawn to be used to get back at your ex. That being said, the guy from the first case treated his ex horrible. There is no excuse for it. To even give a non-family member custody of your grandchild was worse. But, as evil as that was, the ex was just as bad using the kid to get back at him.
That's exactly what my live in bf's ex wife is doing right now.. And it may very well be that that ends us because instead of dealing with it the proper way he went and got drunk and took it out on me.. And I can't live like that.. He came home stone drunk and telling me that she called asking him when he's coming back to her showing her breasts and feeling up herself on a video call, and she is using their son to make contact with him because he lives with me, so she sent his son to spend two weeks so that she can have access to him because she knows he will have to stay in his family's house with his son and if he doesn't they're going to say he doesn't care about his son.. And when I asked him why didn't he just tell her that he's in a live in relationship (she knows from talking to his family) he says that she wants to hear it from him and that he's afraid because she threatened to put him in court for maintenance of the child and he doesn't have a regular job.. Even tho he built her house and left her with everything including over $90,000 in savings including her sons money that he kept she wanted access to it and he gave it to her.. I don't see a problem with him giving her money for his son even if it's not much but if she takes him to court for maintenance he can get locked up if at any time he doesn't pay it and he's afraid of jail.. I want him to trust me enough to know that I won't leave him if she takes him to court and I will ensure he has more than enough money to pay but it's like he doesn't trust me or there's something more going on that I don't know about.. I honestly don't know how much more of this I can take.. I am thinking about moving out from my apartment but I can't tell him and I can't even tell my Landlord because my bf and my landlord are related.. And I live next door to his family house.. 😢😢😢 I am just praying for guidance from the Lord because my heart is hurting and I am feeling like this situation is too much for me to deal with.. I was feeling overwhelmed by his 'baggage' in the beginning of our relationship but now.. I am feeling like I have to run away from him because when he gets stressed he goes to the bottle and that's the worst.. Even if when he hits me I fight back it's still not the ideal situation for me to live in because I have to think about my mental health and well being.. And right now I feel like I have been taking too much crap and I want out.. I love my apartment and I wished I could stay in it until I'm finished with college but I can't even study about that now because I am feeling like living in this apartment with him may be the end of me.. I get so frightened when I think about the future because of his drinking.. He doesn't do it regular but when he does he's a completely different person.. He disrespects me and he hits me.. Without the alcohol he's near perfect.. So good for me and to me it's scary... But the moment he drinks.. I realise that I can't be with him.. He told me once that I can't stop him from drinking.. But I can leave him.. And I believe I will..
When he found out that she over rode his answer when she asked him if he could pick up his son, he started to drink from the moment he realised his son was coming and I kept asking myself why was he drinking and he knows it was our last day to spend together.. Like why would you want to spoil that..? But it's only after when he confessed what she did to him on the video call that I realised what he was saying all the time was true.. That if she over rode his decision to wait and still sent him it meant she had other plans.. I understood but I couldn't understand why he would take it out on me 😭😭😭 we were so happy prior to that.. I still can't understand it and I want to run away from him because I think it's spiritual what's going on and I can't fight in this state... I really can't.. I feel so weak

#3 the judge should've given them a DIVORCE that poor man is gonna die trying to give that ungrateful girl what she wants. All she talked about is materialistic things where is the emotion in her? GOLDDIGGER is what she really is PERIOD!! I LOVE THE JUDGE & MISS HER.

Kids are not a pawn to be used to get back at your ex. That being said, the guy from the first case treated his ex horrible. There is no excuse for it. To even give a non-family member custody of your grandchild was worse.
But, as evil as that was, the ex was just as bad using the kid to get back at him.
That's exactly what my live in bf's ex wife is doing right now.. And it may very well be that that ends us because instead of dealing with it the proper way he went and got drunk and took it out on me.. And I can't live like that.. He came home stone drunk and telling me that she called asking him when he's coming back to her showing her breasts and feeling up herself on a video call, and she is using their son to make contact with him because he lives with me, so she sent his son to spend two weeks so that she can have access to him because she knows he will have to stay in his family's house with his son and if he doesn't they're going to say he doesn't care about his son.. And when I asked him why didn't he just tell her that he's in a live in relationship (she knows from talking to his family) he says that she wants to hear it from him and that he's afraid because she threatened to put him in court for maintenance of the child and he doesn't have a regular job.. Even tho he built her house and left her with everything including over $90,000 in savings including her sons money that he kept she wanted access to it and he gave it to her.. I don't see a problem with him giving her money for his son even if it's not much but if she takes him to court for maintenance he can get locked up if at any time he doesn't pay it and he's afraid of jail.. I want him to trust me enough to know that I won't leave him if she takes him to court and I will ensure he has more than enough money to pay but it's like he doesn't trust me or there's something more going on that I don't know about.. I honestly don't know how much more of this I can take.. I am thinking about moving out from my apartment but I can't tell him and I can't even tell my Landlord because my bf and my landlord are related.. And I live next door to his family house.. 😢😢😢 I am just praying for guidance from the Lord because my heart is hurting and I am feeling like this situation is too much for me to deal with.. I was feeling overwhelmed by his 'baggage' in the beginning of our relationship but now.. I am feeling like I have to run away from him because when he gets stressed he goes to the bottle and that's the worst.. Even if when he hits me I fight back it's still not the ideal situation for me to live in because I have to think about my mental health and well being.. And right now I feel like I have been taking too much crap and I want out.. I love my apartment and I wished I could stay in it until I'm finished with college but I can't even study about that now because I am feeling like living in this apartment with him may be the end of me.. I get so frightened when I think about the future because of his drinking.. He doesn't do it regular but when he does he's a completely different person.. He disrespects me and he hits me.. Without the alcohol he's near perfect.. So good for me and to me it's scary... But the moment he drinks.. I realise that I can't be with him.. He told me once that I can't stop him from drinking.. But I can leave him.. And I believe I will..
When he found out that she over rode his answer when she asked him if he could pick up his son, he started to drink from the moment he realised his son was coming and I kept asking myself why was he drinking and he knows it was our last day to spend together.. Like why would you want to spoil that..? But it's only after when he confessed what she did to him on the video call that I realised what he was saying all the time was true.. That if she over rode his decision to wait and still sent him it meant she had other plans.. I understood but I couldn't understand why he would take it out on me 😭😭😭 we were so happy prior to that.. I still can't understand it and I want to run away from him because I think it's spiritual what's going on and I can't fight in this state... I really can't.. I feel so weak
