In this video, I show you how to make a strong T-post corner for stretching a fence against using nothing but t-post and baling wire. I have used this system for years and it is trustworthy.

🙏If you found this video helpful, please consider sending a couple bucks my way to say thank you by hitting the THANKS button under the video 💲❤. You can't imagine how much I would appreciate it. 🥰
Perfect! Thanks for the video, saves me $100. I knew there had to be a method for corner bracing and gate bracing without spending $25 per corner on those wedge locks. Plus your method saves me two t posts per corner vs that other method as well.
I'm using what was left here at this abandoned house when we showed up and took over. 20 t posts and a pile of heavy gauge 16' wire fence panels. Have to do a temp fence around the pad where the hydroponics house goes. This will help me keep the cows out, were on an open range and it will be some time before I can completely fence off the entire two acres.👍🏼
You have no idea how much this has helped me on the farm. This is definitely a trick that i will pass down for generations. Thank you so much and have a blessed day!
You are very welcome. The main reason I started this channel was to pass on my old ways knowledge to future generations. It makes me happy to hear that it will be. You have a blessed day too.
Just what I was looking for! Need to make a QUICK pen for some turkeys coming. I'm definitely trying this method.
Thank you for commenting N! I am so glad the video was helpful.
Used your corners today. All I can say brother is a big thumbs up! 👍
That's awesome. So glad the video helped you out.
If only the ground on my property allowed posts to be driven in so easily!
Yeah, I have seen some ground myself.
saw another guy weld them, but this might be even easier
You saved my bacon!
..Sorry honey I forgot to buy some brackets for the corner posts..yeah, its about an hours drive back & forth to the store.. well its about another $100 for the corner clips..yeah, I though so too..Well I can try this rebar tie wire trick that I just saw on You Tube, I have a roll in my tool box.
Your very welcome I am so glad it helped you out.
Thanks for the tip! Worked like a charm!
My pleasure. So glad you enjoyed it.
That’s a cool idea for a fence brace
Thank you for commenting @Rancho5. I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed the video.
Simple and inexpensive is always the best. Great video.
Can we get a video on your boys rock discovery? 😂 He seemed so proud!
Thanks.
Solid information.
Thanks. I was going through some old footage and found this footage from last year while I was building an apiary for my wife's peacocks. I thought since I had it, I would put it up to help people. I've not been able to shoot much new footage of this channel for a while.
Perfect! Inexpensive and works!
Thank you for commenting @BanjoJimbo! I am so glad the video was helpful.

Thank you for commenting @mattthompson9480. I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed the video.
Thank you for the genius hack. Can you please share name of the wire you used ? I just hear “Valium “ wire
Hi. Yes, I can help you. The word I was saying was "Bailing" which is really just a slang term for the wire I was using. The real name is Rebar Tie Wire, and you can find it at pretty much any hardware store that sells rebar and concrete tools. Here is a link to a page on Amazon where you can buy it, but it is much cheaper to buy it in a store. AD amzn.to/4d91Kkq
@@thejungleexplorer much appreciate your response. Thank you 😊
I cut a notch in the vertical upright with a 4 inch grinder and stuck the top of the brace in the notch then coated the joint with redguard.
👍
Thanks, this is helpful. At the end of the video, I noticed you have a center pole that looks like it's supporting bird netting. I'd be interested in hearing the details about that. 😊
Yes, I have bird netting over the pen. The pole is just a pole with a soccer ball on the tip.
Interesting.
I will try it, and if it works that will save me a lot of bucks.
Thank you for commenting @bugwar5545! I am so glad the video was helpful.
Use awl to twist wire, easy to get out.
Thanks,
Thanks for commenting. Glad you enjoyed it.
Great idea, do you have a video showing how you attached the netting at the top?
I just used nylon string and sewed it together like you would cloth all the way around.
Oooh ok, thanks!
How did you brace the galvanized posts for the gate?
If you pause the video at 5:15 you can see that he reinforced the gate post by the same method, as well as installing a header board across the top to keep the post at an equal distance from each other.
Thanks for the help.
Ingenious.!!!...What Gauge Is The Wire That You Used.?
It is 16-gauge Rebar tie wire. You can find it in the concrete section of most building supply stores. Here is what it looks like, #ad. amzn.to/4celcLQ
@@thejungleexplorer - Okay, Thank You So Much For Your Help.!!!...😎
Hi great video how far did you space your t-posts and what kind of fencing did you put on it❤ thanks❤John 3,16 ❤
I place my post six feet apart. This was for a Peafowl pen, and I used 2x4 mesh wire fencing from Tractor Supply.
@@thejungleexplorer thank you so much for the reply❤️
@@Bob-gn8ph My pleasure.
WHAT A JOKE
Huh? You seem to be having a really bad day. I hope things get better for you friend.
Just completed my chicken wire fence today using your method! It works and it's CHEAPER because I didn't have to buy those connectors. All it took was T-Posts, wire, and a screwdriver! THANKS!
That is awesome to hear. So glad this video helped you out.
Fantastic idea!
Glad you enjoyed it.
