@@ABoneLaw The Fifth Amendment says to the federal government that no one shall be "deprived of life, liberty or PROPERTY without due process of law." Some people have no clue about this and the heirs get ripped. How is it Constitutional?
@@SandfordSmythe When someone owns their home in their own name it usually ends up going through probate. Wills do not avoid probate. If they are not aware of putting their home in a trust to avoid probate they will lose the home to cover medical expenses if they had Medi Cal or Medicare. Everything from 55 and after is added up and that bill is recovered from their estate. Obviously you are aware of this I am just explaining my point. For most the home is the only value to their estate so it is taken and the heirs get nothing. They are deprived of property without any way to fight it. Unless someone has taken the steps to create a trust or has signed their home over before they die anything in their name at the time of death that is an asset is subject to recovery. Ignorance of the law is no excuse but it still doesn't make it fair or right to take the home. Remember the Government collects trillions in income tax, sales tax and property tax and whatever kind of tax someone has paid throughout their lifetime. Healthcare is not even quality for the most part and they should be budgeting it from taxes. Government is supposed to be for the benefit of the people. Taking a home that provides housing is not beneficial especially when it adds to the housing crisis. It also creates hardships for family since buying a home is very difficult for people these days. Work hard and purchase a home only to have wealthy politicians who are dishonest and criminal take it and create hardships for those who can do nothing about it. Wealthy people have more of a financial education and do not suffer from this. Preying on the working poor and middle class is the focus here. Most people do not discuss anything about their financial and legal situation with heirs so there is no way to find out until it is too late that their parents or whomever screwed up and left their estate vulnerable to this kind of thievery.
Our healthcare should not be something that deprives families of limited wealth they have. Politicians dont lose their estates.

Advise you improve your audio equipment. Lots of reverb because of not having mic close to you…..very distracting.
