Let me explain the "999" inventory space, i was using DEBUG modifier to fast forward the days, i dropped the items given to me at the start but sadly it forces infinite inventory, thankfully i was careful to only grab 3 pounds worth so this guide still works with only 3 space
I used this guide and everything was fine until the elite mercs arrived, I lured them up but while they were coming up demo man managed to hit me with his launcher somehow even though I was behind, this didn’t happen in the runs I tried before with lighthouse so I panicked after being thrown off but managed to go under the tunnel below the light house, then after returning to the surface I slowly kited the elite mercs back to lighthouse and killed them before burning demo man to death, thanks for the ballistic vest location it saved me from demos grenade killing me.
When attempting to achieve true champion, I followed this video’s guidance. In addition, I would like to point out things that I have encountered which actually lead me from failures to successes. Every attempt, other than the second, I first go to the generators and active either the warehouse for ammunition crates or the radio tower to see what the mercs are up to. Then I go to the observatory to collect the heat vision, night vision goggles (not really necessary ) and revolver. It is possible to find a Tier 3 weapon in the Observatory, as I once got a Tactical Shotgun in the 4th attempt. Then I go grab the scoped rifle from the watchtower and proceeded to the lighthouse, and got ready to fight. 1st Attempt: I managed to kill all but the gunner, leaving only a very low health. I was a bit too impatient so I went down and grabbed a weapon, but then the gunner one shot me when I tried hiding away. 2nd Attempt: Everything went as planned until the Bravo Squad arrive. I was fully prepared for what was coming for me, especially when ghost teleports. With the combat shotgun, I shot him at the right time, but wasn’t enough to kill him and he got back up and stunned me out of the lighthouse. After that, I immediately resetted as I realise all hope was lost. 3rd Attempt: I went in to a public server just to have fun. I even went to the facility to collect some weapons for protection. Soon, I decided to switch to a new plan, basically achieve true champion. I did kill all the members of the Alpha Squad and was nervously prepared for the next wave. Unfortunately, I was too late to let the Bravo Squad to notice me when they landed. I even shot a flare gun to get their attention and they even came back to the lighthouse. But then they said, “NOPE, NO ONE IS UP THERE, LET’S JUST FORGET THAT SOMEONE WAS THERE. “ The only merc I managed to kill was the Specialist, then I left a few minutes later as I know that the rest won’t come back for long. 4th Attempt: This was more successful, perhaps because I had another anonymous player helping me, who also wanted the true champion. But our plans were different, and not many went well. Eventually, he was shot by the commander and I tried to save him, but I killed him right when he killed that player. When the Bravo Squad arrived, I did what was planned. I also instead use the light machine gun to kill Ghost. Conversely, after killing the Demolitionist was inside the bottom of the lighthouse and still launching grenades. I made a risky move by jumping down… INSIDE. I was caught by the explosion, but I was luckily alive with barely enough health to survive. I was about to kill the Demolitionist…until i got disconnected. AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGHH!!! 5th Attempt: I was actually infuriated when attempting this attempt. I killed all but the commander. He then stunned me out of the lighthouse, but not too far away from it. I tried coming inside and the commander jumped down too. However, I made a ridiculous move by holding the battle rifle and waiting for him and shoot him when he hits the ground, that end up backfiring as he shot me first and I ultimately perished. 6th Attempt: I switched up the strategy. At night, I dashed off towards the Giver and grab some B-Corp modules to see what I can get. I got myself a heavy sniper and another revolver WHAT?? Finally, everything went as planned vice versa and I got the badge. Yippee!
Since I suck, I’m probably going to use a different setup on the first day. This’d probably include catching “strange” spawns for speed boosts and getting the shield pack at the bottom of the grand lake. Maybe attempt fishing out a good gun too. Since I’ll be near the bunker anyway I can probably try getting the gatling gun while im at it
Let's say this tactic isn't optimal but you can get items for this method 100% of the times. Alternatively, you can try find strange drink instead med kits, random weapons/without ammo at caves, get warehouse ammo crates (which spawn 100% of times (you don't have to power warehouse, just jump inside or use building tools))/ get arts, shield pack, giver hp+airdrops+cache.
Honestly, you can snipe mercs with art c or summon parasites and hit one merc of each group of mercs once, before letting parasites finish the job. Some people place explosive under their spawn. Also, you can spawnkill all or most merc with art a (don't get hit my fatal weapon (tactical shotgun/scope), unless you have extra hp or damaged vest. Strategy doesn't require luck to prepare, but way quite inconsistent in combat imo.
I first go to the gens to power up the warehouse, then I head to the observatory for a revolver and heat vision goggles, after that I go to the warehouse and take the guns/items from there, if I still have some space I walk to the watchtower for the rifle, then I head to the lighthouse, drop my items in there and I walk back to the warehouses to pick up the ammo boxes and useful items
once, I was using this strat when I started to lag spike. frame by frame, it showed me tic by tic, the grenade from the launcher landing right at my leg. when I saw it I screamed and hit my computer and the next frame I died.
Playing isle while writing this. My two remaining friends died killing off the mercs, and I took care of the last one. It’s day 5 and I’m not sure if I can escape in time

I heard people said you gad to “abuse” your avatars size to gain more advantage, but with the disadvantage off harder to aim and shoot at the mercs, does size really matter much? ( my avatar is slightly taller than default r15)
as someone who has been playing isle casually alot, i can say i have not attempted TC as of yet, i went to, with the orbital strike but forgot to kill day 2 mercs, also i read the orbital strike doesnt work on npcs sadly
i got 3 weapons to kill those pesky mercs, but while i was making my way to the lighthouse... "You feel a sniper scope watching you." it was over for me. a greedy player took a sniper rifle and killed me just because. i learned that solo is better when youre doing an ending that has murder in it.
yeah, this strat works fine on the alpha squad but demo learned how to shoot you down, so if you do this, I recommend for the bravo squad you go inside and shoot them while they climb the ladder If you know how, I also recommend you get an ammunition crate form the warehouse for the scoped rifle, but it's optional, all it does is make it easier
I attempted tc over 20 times half of them ended because the mercs litterally glitched through the ground on another run we killed all of em except the operator WE SEARCHED THE ENTIRE ISLAND FOR 3 DAYS HE WASNT STUCK ANYWHERE HE WAS SENDING REPORTS THE ENTIRE TIME WE HAD HEAT VISIONS AND EXPERIMENTALS HE JUST WASNT THERE
currently the isle mercs have a habit of FALLING THROUGH THE FLOOR, nothing we can do to prevent it other then kill them fast, hopefully they fix this soon
I also highly, HIGHLY recommend getting claymore and double barrel from hangar if you are doing duo so that one powers the generator for warehouse and the other one gets ammo guns and mine to kill most likely medic because he's the first to enter
i think i found a new method but to do it you will need a bit of luck you spawn the rush to get the drone and the proximty explosive then rush to the watch tower pick up the scoped rifle then go to the light house when they arrive make sure they see you and then make the drone kill them if you use the drone corectly only mercenaries will be the medic and commander btw make sure to plase the proximity at the entrance to the light house then only the commander will be left because the medic always goes first after that go down kill commander with the scoped rifle and other guns this only works for the first mercenaries you can use the method in the video to kill the second wave of mercenaries\
The easiest way is just by going on the top of the boat and shoot when they spawn and then when they get on the boat . You go in the room where the level 1 keycard is needed and just kill them one by one
well, lighthouse used to be the easiest way.... but they buffed demo so much that the elite wave is now impossible to fight at the lighthouse without a drone to take care of demo
This strategy is OK but i normally just rush lab with a friend then come back to the lighthouse to just camp the ladder, sometimes i get the shield generator. Overall pretty easy
Fun fact:the second wave actually go to the lighthouse straight so you don’t need to bring their attention also demo will enter lighthouse also you don’t need to worry about demo grenade

this is a roblox bug that the devs are trying to fix, I recommend fighting them at lighthouse like usual, they don't clip has often if you are within a good range with them, so if you fight them at lighthouse right after they spawn, then you should be good!
the mercenaries can be unpredictable sometimes, if this happens, it's best to snipe them to get them mad at you again, or follow them until they reach a good spot for you to resume killing them
so for some reason firebug is able to attack people from the ring now, I recommend you ignore the other mercs (not ghost) in the elite wave until firebug is dead, that way he can't fire at you has much due to the other mercs getting in the way
The shotgun is a close combat weapon,which is in close combat shooting pellets at 100 km per mili second Good for ending ur friends and enemys, as the weapon being close range,it can't shoot the person in far range at 100 km. As you know u can spare ur target but firstly shot them in the head to keep them be scare of you,after a hit take his ball out of the storage and get him in heaven,sniper known as sniper u can shot him in the balls to make sure he's scared of u forever,after that you will get innocently attack by a team of the galling dude elite version. So u get bruttaly dead in a very innocent way by getting shot 100 bullets in ur body with a gatling gun. Yes I wrote all that.
I think badorkbee patched something do to with the LMG guy, he wouldnt go against the wall and kept backing up, I accidentally killed the Battle Rifle guy, and droped the scoped rifle and got Battle Rifle, I went for commander, then I realized medic's smg went through the wall, So I had to risk it and jump down into the lighthouse to get the SMG, then Gunner came out of nowhere and shot me til my vest was destroyed. after all that and killing sniper, I died to LMG guy

saying no one needs a tc guide isn't true, however the dead isle part is true, but that doesn't stop me from playing / filming it, if you have a problem with it you can just ignore my uploads
I had a hard time reading this, but camp doesn't always have guns, this strategy is meant for runs where there is no rng, you can rely on those guns spawning there
pretty inefficient way of killing these dudes, my tactic is to rush from the ship straight to the radio tower for hacking tool, then go to the military camp for 1-2 tier 4 crates and hack them, if nothing good is there just grab the guns from the mili camp itself, if there are no guns THERE then what you did in this video is i guess something worth trying
you have to get their attention, if they don't see you or any other player at lighthouse, then they will walk away, make sure that they see you before you hide, if they fire at you that means they know your there
camping ladder is not reliable for the elite wave, unless your an experienced player, but at that point, experienced players can just kill the mercs with literally any gun at impact zone
to be fair, when I said this is one of the easiest ways to kill the mercs, I wasn't lying, but the mercs are hard no matter how you fight them (hard to newer players)

Oh those were the items from debug mode that I couldn't drop, so I left them in the inventory, if it makes you feel better those items would not have been able to help me in battle

It doesn't really matter, imo. Infinity inventory mostly for test convenience and support debug items weight.

everyone has their own versions of a tc strat, I just felt that this one was the easiest to fulfill without previous game knowledge

once the elite mercenaries are dead, no mercenaries will spawn again until the next round

That's a good strategy but a little too complicated for new players
You don’t need to power warehouse, there’s a glitch where you are able to jump the fence
i would say dont waste combat shotgun ammo just keep it and use against ghost

Size makes like a 0.2% difference unless your planning on doing speed glitches

I like using the lighthouse light thingy to pick the mercs off with a double barrel and ammo

6:35 I recommanded if Ghost teleport behind your buttcheeks just spray him with Combat shotgun you got from commander
I do that too, it's very good at dealing with ghost
I sleep in the underground part of the greenhouse when available. Never let me down with Stan up to present.
for elite mercs take flare gun too just in case if you wouldnt be able to aggro them. they will go in direction of flare.

when I tried to kill the elite mercs, they just decided to abandon the threat and leave the lighthouse

so for some reason firebug is able to attack people from the ring now, I recommend you ignore the other mercs (not ghost) in the elite wave until firebug is dead, that way he can't fire at you has much due to the other mercs getting in the way
i'm currently trying to find a better way to deal with him

The shotgun is a close combat weapon,which is in close combat shooting pellets at 100 km per mili second
Good for ending ur friends and enemys, as the weapon being close range,it can't shoot the person in far range at 100 km.
As you know u can spare ur target but firstly shot them in the head to keep them be scare of you,after a hit take his ball out of the storage and get him in heaven,sniper known as sniper u can shot him in the balls to make sure he's scared of u forever,after that you will get innocently attack by a team of the galling dude elite version. So u get bruttaly dead in a very innocent way by getting shot 100 bullets in ur body with a gatling gun.

I think badorkbee patched something do to with the LMG guy, he wouldnt go against the wall and kept backing up, I accidentally killed the Battle Rifle guy, and droped the scoped rifle and got Battle Rifle, I went for commander, then I realized medic's smg went through the wall, So I had to risk it and jump down into the lighthouse to get the SMG, then Gunner came out of nowhere and shot me til my vest was destroyed. after all that and killing sniper, I died to LMG guy
Merc AI can be slightly unpredictable, but so far gunner seems to be the same since this video was made

pretty inefficient way of killing these dudes, my tactic is to rush from the ship straight to the radio tower for hacking tool, then go to the military camp for 1-2 tier 4 crates and hack them, if nothing good is there just grab the guns from the mili camp itself, if there are no guns THERE then what you did in this video is i guess something worth trying
it was effective for newer players until demo learned to be smart for once, but it still easily solos the first wave

u made it 5x harder actually u just need a vest and double barrel and some ammo for it and just camp mercs at ladders
camping ladder is not reliable for the elite wave, unless your an experienced player, but at that point, experienced players can just kill the mercs with literally any gun at impact zone
I tried to do this strat but I keep failing
to be fair, when I said this is one of the easiest ways to kill the mercs, I wasn't lying, but the mercs are hard no matter how you fight them (hard to newer players)

The only guranteed way to kill all the mercs is getting art c and powering ware house for ammo then sniping everything at watch tower
