So don't stay in open spaces while Spec. is alive even you think you safe.

if it's a pvp match, I would recommend rushing military camp, because there are great guns there and after looting camp you can fall into the ravine below for even more good loot (also the line launcher from camp is useful)
i have more than 3 hours of trying tc and i die every single time i think i have skill issue also i think the bolt acion is the worst gun i almost never die or kill from it

that's a fair point, however unless the character is armed with a flamethrower, you are going to have to deal 450 damage to kill him, so in total thats how much you gotta hurt him before he dies, that's what I meant by saying HP
